Тут версия 16:9 с немного изменённым интро, а в дополнительных файлах вы можете скачать версию 4:3 с оригинальным интро.
На ютубе также выложены обе версии.
Прочие изменения: ускорил одну сцену, чтобы она не оставляла ощущения проседания фпс; закрыл пару хлопортов; удалил один неуместный однокадр; добавил в конце бонусную сцену из трейлера; один момент пересинхрил под бит.

The 2019 Viewer's Choice Awards is announced. For many years it has been the largest online contest of the kind. And VCA participation has always been limited to videos added to A-M-V.org database. But not anymore. Last year, the VCA rules have changed! Now any video released in 2018 is eligible for participation, as long as it can be watched online. Videos will be nominated by both audience and jury, and anyone can vote for the nominees - you don't have to be an A-M-V.org member anymore.

VCA Schedule 

Persecutionem is the latin equivalent of the word "persecution." As the title describes and as the lyrics go the AMV is about the girl being chased and stalked on, and as a conclusion, she being hunt down by her fanatic stalker. Basically the story of Perfect Blue.
The video was made for: Crows IC Duoside where I found this song, and this anime came to my mind as an instant concept since the song is almost as relevant to the movie as it was for this purpose.
Some parts turned out choppy and have a lot of technical flaws (reason being that my creativity and precision were limited by the passage of the relatively short interval of 3 days, since even though the IC was made to be an extremely painful long week, I managed to only start processing 3 days before the deadline) but hopefully looking at the clip as a whole I managed to give the audience something that doesn't make this two minutes a waste of time.
