VCA 2019 first round voting has started. Join the largest viewer's choice contest in the AMV world! The voting ends on March 11th, and all you need to support your favorite videos of 2018 is a google account  (Youtube, Gmail or Google Drive will do).

 Colorado Anime Fest (Denver Co, USA) wants entries for AMV contest. Videos released after January 1st, 2018 are eligible, submission deadline is April 4th. There is a category for videos made of non-Japanese animation. Every winning video will receive a cash prize.

The 2019 Viewer's Choice Awards is announced. For many years it has been the largest online contest of the kind. And VCA participation has always been limited to videos added to A-M-V.org database. But not anymore. Last year, the VCA rules have changed! Now any video released in 2018 is eligible for participation, as long as it can be watched online. Videos will be nominated by both audience and jury, and anyone can vote for the nominees - you don't have to be an A-M-V.org member anymore.

Soul's Team welcomes you to the annual Iron Chef contest, the most well-know and expected online Iron Chef of all. Compose a team of three, choose one of the 6 genre categories and make an AMV in 72 hours.  The contest starts on February 28th. Check the complete rules below and get ready!

Организаторы фестиваля FreeTime Fest (Гомель, Беларусь) приглашают всех желающих принять участие в конкурсе AMV и FMV в рамках фестиваля. К участию принимаются клипы, созданные после 1 декабря 2018 года и не занимавшие призовые места на иных фестивалях или мероприятиях аналогичной направленности. Заявки на конкурс принимаются до 24 февраля 2019 г. Предусмотрены призы для победителей. Главный приз - графический планшет HUION H950P. В случае победы участника, которые не присутствует на фестивале, приз высылается ему по почте.

Annual contest of fan-made videos CreaCon 2019 has officially started. Entries accepted from March 21st till April 21st, 2019. Any kind of exclusive fan-made videos can be entered, the ones made of movies, TV series, games, sport shows, as well as self-shot footage and original 3D. The one main restriction concerns anime music videos: those are not accepted because CreaCon was originally created as an alternative to AMV contests. Videos on any subject matter are good for participation. No previous registration required. Today CreaCon is the largest FMV event on Runet, so don't miss it!
