Комментарий автора: 15 лет прошло с моего последнего участия в конкурсе. Не раз я планировал вернуться и создавал проекты, которым не суждено было родиться. Менялись идеи, футажи мигрировали из одного проекта в другой, а исходники безвозвратно терялись. В поисках вдохновения, я решил загрузить один из старых файлов. Его удручающий внешний вид из-за отсутствия использованных в нем материалов и натолкнул меня на идею для работы этого года.

Комментарий автора: Hello everyone, this time I made an amv with a song that came across my playlist recently. I really loved the feelings it gave me. So I decided to make this AMV. ^^ the song has so much energy, though the lyrics used here is very sad and it tells about how important a person can be and how much crucial it is to wanting to stay by their side. ❤️ In overall I had so much fun making this AMV. Also, I tried several new methods and I believe it came out the way I wanted it to be. ^^ hope you'll enjoy your time watching this video! ^^

Комментарий автора: Man this movie meant so much to me I had to come out of my hiatus to try and give it some justice ;-; I also wanted to make something really quick for NDK as their contest is going this year and that contest/con holds a ton of important memories for me. While not perfect, I really tried to use the limited amount of footage the best I could and tell a cute little story about love and acceptance. I hope the message got through! ALSO PLEASE WATCH THE MOVIE THANKS!
Edit: We won!! We won!! We won at NDK!! I am going to go weep for at least 4 months now! Thank you so much to anyone who watched/voted for my video ;-; I hope even more people watch this movie now and give it the love and attention it deserves!

"Somebody That I Used to Know" is a track that in my point of view deals well with dysfunctional relationship. Maison Ikkoku tells the story about Kyoko Otonashi, a woman who had to burden with the death of his husband Soichiro. In her heart she feels that she will not be able to easily handle a new romance relationship, she still thinks about Soichiro a lot and this makes her relationships with other guys complicated. The love story between the main two characters, Kyoko and Godai, is not the only one so I decided to focus on all of them, trying to use the moments which I am fond most.

It took me a couple of days to do this amv, as programs I used Adobe after effects for the intro and Sony Vegas for the general editing. I am a guy who grew up with amvs even more than 10 years ago and I was pleased to go back to editing something after a long time, I hope you enjoy it. <3

Наконец дошли руки захостить меп с самурайской тематикой, мне, как и тем, кто учавствовал, понравился результат данной работы, надеюсь, что и вам понравится, с наступающим всех, кстати говоря :)

This idea started awhile ago sometime in 2019 or so. I only got so far within the video and couldn't think of an idea how to complete it. So in 2020 I decided to go back and revisit the idea and start from scratch using some ideas from my original beta and tweaking the bugs out. This video came a long way from where it was in 2019. There was several times I wanted to change the song but that didn't really work out. So I present to you the Director's Cut version of the video titled the Heavy Weight Edition. My original version of the video doesn't include the fight against Glen Burroughs but I thought to my self I just couldn't leave that fight out. So I decided to switch around between the fight between Mikio and Glen Burroughs which made the editing much tighter. I'm really happy with this version of the video.

Начал в первых числах ноября, продолжил 23-го и недавно завершил. Было очень интересно создавать клип, т.к. впервые применял Twixtor и Upscaling. Длина 1:32 сек.; моя вторая работа, принимаю любые замечания в адекватной форме. Приятного просмотра, однозначно!

A character profile vid on the characters of Naofumi and Raphtalia showing the bond between the two. This is a blend between action and drama trying to showcase the relationship. I was surprised how much I enjoyed this show so I decided to make an amv out of it. I've been wanting to use this song for a long time but could never find anything that really worked until recently. I really liked how this turned out.
