This video has also emotions, but there are some things I disliked:
1) Unnecessary neon edge-detect effect. There was no purpose of this effect and it did not add neither atmospheric nor esthetic touch in this AMV. It is just an effect that exists.
2) Ending is abrupt.
3) Transition in 2:10 is not ok. Camera movement in this moment is... spiky.
4) A lot of unneeded scenes. However, I understand that it is very hard to make better scene selection in this short amount of time in IC.

Это конечно хорошо, но четкое повествование и недосказанность - разные вещи. У вас например 1:43 парень ходит, 1:49 уже в темнице, 2:02 - еще раз ходить (?) (как он попал в темнице - не раскрыто - сюжетная дыра, я не приму руку из РеЗеро).

This was pretty emotional work with clear story, I wonder how this did not pass to the finals, especially in story category. Anyways, do not let yourself down.

Well, it is another not passed to the finals quality AMV. The sync and dynamics is good. A lot of masks, a lot of transitions that does not catch eye making a good flow.
I would have rated as a second place video in action, if it had passed.

Pretty sad, it did not pass to the finals, it was one of the good entries.
You tried to make a story. You had an idea. You had technics. But you lacked these things:
1) Correct music choice. The music is not depressive enough to make the viewer feel the agony and sorrow. Instead it confuses the viewer.
2) Storytelling. Things that you have shown to create the story is not ok. A lot of confusing elements and characters.

I strongly appreciate your try. Keep improving, you have a great potential.

Стори не нравиться + она не ясная, но за такую серьезную попытку клип заслуживает многое. Достойно.

Очень много эффорта, много работ с цветами, масками. История не ясная.

Очень много эффорта и это заметно, сделано аккуратно. Трек не нравиться, неприятное содержание текстов оставляет много вопросов, автор не смог ясно повествовать свою идею, много разных исходников.
