Anyway I got a technical question. I did 2 encoding of Versus : one with ASG 3.3 and another one with ASG 3.4 (because it's apparently a better quality).
Here is the weight for each version (you can dl them on the org page):
ASG 3.3 --> 75 MB
ASG 3.4 --> 118 MB

Don't you think the ASG 3.4 version is not a too big weight for a 640*360 resolution video ?

The internal synchro is fucking good.

Hello everyone,

After reading all the debate about what is an anime or not, I have to tell my word.
When there is a clip which is a little bit special (especially with non-japanese sources), there are always theses kind of comments : "Good but it's not an AMV, it shouldn't be on AMVnews, etc, etc..."
Fortunetaly not all of us are like that, and few of us enjoy original sources. But at the end it's not very nice to post our "special" clips when you will be sure to get these comments.
That's why Creaspace.ru is quiet an interesting website because it could receive different stuff (of course it's dedicated for MMV but I saw few Animated and Game music video).

Moreover when Alexboy did his AMV with the korean source Mary Iyagi or Vakaseemer with Aachi & Sipak, what's happend ?
Is anyone tell something ? I think I saw just few comments on the Akross about Anywhere as it was not an AMV.
And about AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA, people say something ?

Oh yes I understand, it's korean, so almost japanese ?

And when we got the clip of bnj, it's a big mess about the meaning of AMV

I completely agree with that. And even with these new rules, I don't think a lot of people will edit non-japanese sources and less more american sources, simply because there are not popular at all. Would you like to edit Disney sources ? I know just few people who did that : Atio with King Lion for example.
So you don't have to worry to lose the "essence" of AMV. The most part of the future videos will be still japanese stuff because there are always new Naruto's fans
