At the beginning of video sweep sound synchronized, but later it was ignored many times. Why?

The second part of the song was full of different sounds. In order to avoid excessive confusion, I decided to focus only on some of them (2:09). I preferred to keep a smooth flow rather than a rigid dubstep.
