Author's comment: You know this moment, when you realize two things would fit together perfectly? Well, I felt like that when I listened to the song for the first time – and I hadn't even watched the Anime yet. In fact, I once swore myself I would never watch it, because from all the videos I had seen, I knew at least as much: It is absolutely heartbreaking. Even so, after hearing the song, I just knew I had to blend the two together. And I am really glad I did, that I pushed aside the promise I made to myself and watched the Anime. I'm a very emotional person anyway, so of course I did cry, and I cried even more while editing this video (yes! I am one of those!!), but I also laughed and smiled, because at times the show is unexpectedly cheerful. For those who don't know the Anime, a short recap: It is about a couple of childhood friends who lose their friend Menma, after an accident. They all blame themselves for her death, for different reasons, and start drifting apart afterwards. Menma's ghost comes back to tell them they must together fulfill her wish, so she can go to heaven. Sounds tragic? Yep, it is. I'm sorry I made it look like they do nothing but cry and run in that anime. They do other things, too! Occasionally....
I won't say much about the story or concept, because I think it's quite obvious. Just that I tried to get a hold of each character and their wishes, regrets and fears, within an intersected storyline. After all, the song really was perfect for that. Anyway, I really hope you enjoy the video. I, for my part, had a lot of fun editing it, and I really hold it close to my heart.:

So I said to myself - what a wonderful world! *and after that I decided to concentrate a bit more this year on other genres I never tried. Comedy, action etc.

Author's comment: Finally I get myself to make a full AMV. I tried to express the meaning of love and being loved, so there isn't much storytelling, I focused rather on feelings in this video. The editing is as simple as the song itself is. Have fun, I hope you will like it! ^.^

Radical_Yue: While there isn't really a focus on the characters or story or anything, it carries an epic feeling weight with it. It feels more like an extended trailer than anything else in the way that it just pumps you up but there isn't a ton of substance behind it. You've got some pretty damn slick sync and you did a great job abusing the 3D maneuver scenes with their crazy camera motion. There were a couple times where I actually felt like I was riding a roller coaster with sudden twists and turns.

Был очень удивлен, когда узнал, что на ньюсе нет этого клипа. Я убежден, что все эпики амв должны храниться здесь. Поэтому наслаждайтесь.

Выдержка из комментария автора (перевод): Мне всегда хотелось сделать клип-посвящение Миядзаки, с тех самых пор, как у меня появилась коллекция дисков с работами студии Ghibli (примерно 3 года назад). Проблема заключалась в том, что я не мог найти достойную песню. 
Когда я наконец-то решился начать работу над клипом, песня Лорены МакКеннит Murmmers' Dance показалась идеальным выбором. Сначала я взял укороченную версию песню, но понял, что все задуманное не поместится, и взял полную 6-минутную версию.
На создание клипа ушло более 3 месяцев. Месяц ушел на одно только планирование и подготовку сцен.
Мне хотелось показать различные темы в творчестве Миядзаки, как они проявляются в его работах. С самого начала я решил, что это будет нечто вроде фотоальбома, мне подумалось, что воспоминания обычно приходят, когда рассматриваешь фотографии.

Author's comment: Еще один клип из серии "комедия-романтика-юри", с участием Лейн и Алисы. Первым был  Lain At The Gay Bar. Над этим я работал более старательно. 
Лейн, потерпев поражение на романтическом поприще, мечтает о том, как хорошо будет жить в будущем, и утешается, играя в симулятор свиданий (потому что, как ни посмотри, это вы, парни, виноваты, что она никому не нужна!). Наконец у нее появляется идея, как заполучить объект своей страсти, осталось только достать нужное оборудование.

I like story, make story. This is a beginning. 非要说200个字符,但我实在不知道说什么。本人还是非常喜欢su27的不过受限于素材只能舍弃su系列飞机了。空战中只能让su27作为敌机了(不过动画里面实际是J11).最喜欢的还是su47,那前掠翼前卫的造型,超强的机动性能,真是棒极了!明日香袖口上的标志是德国的,希望不会让俄罗斯人民不愉快吧。以上没了。谢谢。Thanks.

Ранее мы уже выкладывали бета-версию этого клипа, недавно автор закончил и выложил окончательную версию. Продолжительность клипа увеличилась вдвое.

Выдержка из комментария автора (перевод): Изначально клип длился всего 2 минуты, поскольку делался для конкурса, где на создание работы отводилась неделя. Однако я получил очень много отзывов от зрителей, которым понравился клип, а потому решил вернуться и заново перемонтировать работу, чтобы получить полноценное AMV. Пожалуй, в этот раз исходники было искать сложнее всего: никогда не знаешь, есть ли в аниме сцена со снегом и снежками, если только в названии это не указано. Поэтому я немало времени провел в гугле, на ютубе и других сайтах, чтобы набрать как можно больше сериалов, где герои играют в снегу. Очень рад, что занялся этим, поскольку в итоге нашел несколько прикольных сериалов, которые непременно нужно посмотреть.
В общем, мне очень понравилось делать этот клип. Спасибо всем, кто поддержал бета-версию и воодушевил меня переработать клип до полноценной версии. Надеюсь, она вам понравится. Приятного просмотра!
