It's been a while after the last video. Always wanted to make a video using an old source. While this is not the case of 'the most new anime ever used' it was a kind of a 'coincidence' when comparing the footage to the song used. Not really like feeling to mix 'REDLINE', instead I wanted to go into something 'retro'.
Now about the video: Yes, I already know that I focused only in the racings (Sorry to ruin your moment, captain obvious commenters) considering that part of the anime is 40% talking and the rest is the racing part.  This video to be honest is an old project: I started it back in 2013, but couldn't finish it in time due the AKROSS Con 2013, but found the inspiration to do it now. Also, it's the first time ever I edit in the new Win8 (All my projects including Going Down) have been made in WinXP. Since it's gone I started editing with both Win7 and 8. The new project for Japan Expo is also finished, I will post it in other time. So right now, enjoy this one.

Author's comment: Donc pour la petite histoire, j'étais vraiment pas emballé par les musiques proposées, seul kaleidoscope m'intéressait mais je la trouvé beaucoup trop dure à gérer en IC.
J'ai donc quand même tenté le coup, j'me suis dis que ça faisait bien musique d'aventure, monde magique etc.. et donc vu que j'ai envie de clipper ToS depuis trèèèèèèèèèèès longtemps j'me suis dis "ok GO !"
Sauf que ToS c'est aussi un anime très dur a gérer en IC, surtout pour ce que j'voulais faire avec : Exploiter à fond chaque perso, faire des petits passage sur tel ou tel mec et avoir au final un vrai clip complet sur l'anime.
Bref archi-mort.
Donc au final j'me suis basé que sur la relation Kratos/Lloyd et le sauvetage de Colette en essayant quand même d'introduire des passages "passé" des autres.
Voilà donc je pense que je ferai un gros clip sur ToS un de ces jours !

Author's comment: I made this video for Anime Boston 2014's AMV Contest where it won best action. I made this video while KLK was still airing so it was made using about half the series. I wanted to use a fresh source and focus on something sync heavy, and when I found this song, it was was perfect for that.

В этом году в шестой раз пройдет показ лучших AMV-клипов конкурса Big Contest 2014 на большом экране. В рамках показа вас ждет: лучшие (в том числе премьерные) клипы Big Contest 2014, бета фестивального Ru.Comix 3.5, подборка оригинальной анимации, викторина и лучшие АМВ прошлого года. Как бонус есть возможность вживую пообщаться с известными АМВ-клипмейкерами, которые традиционно посещают весеннее мероприятие. Показ состоится в трех городах: Киеве, Москве и Челябинске. Возможно расширение географии показов, о чем будет объявлено дополнительно. Программа может несколько отличаться от города к городу, но самое интересное будет показано везде. Клип делался для участия в командном конкурсе Team Warfare (проходит на Орге в настоящее время). По условиям конкурса команда должна предоставить три клипа в трех разных жанрах, при этом каждый клип также должен соответствовать определенным условиям, каким именно - участники узнают за несколько часов до начала раунда. В случае с этим клипом условием было выбрать песню из заранее предоставленного организаторами списка.

Orgs of various contests frequently ask how to publish a contest announcement on AMVNews front page. Here's a small how-to instruction in several steps:

1. Make a topic with contest description and rules in "Other contests" branch of our forum. Add contest posters and banners if possible, those are needed for presentation on main page.
2. Add AMVNews logo with link to our site on your contest webpage (either in media sponsors section or directly in contest rules). Logo available here.
3. Contact Minstrel or Turbo via private message and ask for announcement on main page.
4. When the contest is over, post the results in your contest topic on our forum. In case of violation of this point you won't be allowed to post the contest announcement next year. 

Note: Sometimes news can be published without a PM to site admins (paragraph 3) because the administration checks the section "Other contests" and sometimes makes announcements about new contests at the front page. Administration can  refuse to publish the announcement without explanation.
