Выдержка из комментария автора: Bonjour à tous et à toutes, Je vous présente mon dernier clip ANNIHILATION présenté pour la Japan Expo 2014. Pas grand chose à dire dans la description du projet xD, il me semble que le clip parle bien de lui même dans l'idée que j'avais de celui-ci. Pour résumé, j'ai voulu faire un clip d'action classique sur shingeki mais en essayant de me démarquer des autres par une touche personnelle avec cette idée de l'association livre et feu.

Author's comment: Made in June 2014. This was my round one video for The Quickening Online AMV contest 2014 on animemusicvideos.org. The rules of this contest dictated the song for each round would be picked randomly from a pool of songs submitted by all the contestants. I got Flight by Tristam &.Braken. As a fan of electronic music in general it was fun to focus on the sync of all the movements in the anime to make sure they really hit with each individual beat.

Выдержка из комментария автора (перевод): В 2012 году, когда я доделывал последние нюансы клипа Runaway Boy, в моей голове уже складывалось следующее AMV. Тогда я только-только купил последний альбом группы Poets of the Fall - Temple of Thought. За творчеством этой группы я слежу с самых первых их песен, с 2004 года. Сразу было ясно, что в клип пойдет либо песня Temple of Thought, либо Morning Tide. Вообще мне нравилась более быстрая Temple of Thought, но слова и общая структура трека были лучше в Morning Tide. В конце концов оставил Temple, но кое-что изменил, чтобы песня лучше вписалась в клип.
Работу начал только в июне-начале июля 2013 года, всего за пару недель до дедлайна конкурса на фестивале Connichi и вообще в состоянии клипмейкерской депрессии. Не сказал бы, что это лучший из моих клипов. Мне очень нравится сочетание идея/аниме/песня и нравится результат, но было бы неплохо сделать что-то более стоящее взамен этой работы.
