Author's comment: This is the first AMV that I really liked and loved, so I thought of doing a pure remaster, sync it frame by frame, using the exact same "effects", keeping the aspect ratio and see how it stands today. Unfortunately, all the scenes from "Hellsing TV" and "Armitage III: Poly Matrix" were not reusable, so I decided to use Hellsing Ultimate and tried to keep as close to the original concept as possible.

July 1942, the German Warsaw Regional Commander, Colonel Joseph Albert Meissel, nicknamed "Warsaw Butcher" went to Shanghai, his purpose is to persuade the Japanese to infuse the Nazis influence in the Jewish policy, and completely solve the "Jewish question".
