Сложно оценивать видео, которое даже смотреть сложно. Простите за тавтологию, но его просмотр дается через силу над собой. Чувствуется, что усилий в работе не хватило, и работа выглядит вот так - дергается и мучается...

Не выравнивай синхру с помощью чёрных вспышек. Если ты выбрал побитовочку, то будь добр не расслабляйся и держись такого подхода до конца в каждом кусочке. Во второй половине глитч эффект очень раздражает, но это имхо. Масочки не аккуратные. Можно сглаживать их вылет с помощью увеличения прозрачности, например.
