This was made for the RICE 2021 Contest and was a finalist for Best in Show. I used only the first and last episodes of Anohana (and the OP/ED) to make this, which I think really helped focus on the raw emotions I wanted to convey.

Friend, here is the strange result of my experiment of sleeping at most three to four hours a day during the hours of the Soul's Team IC XVII.

As some of you know, I finished my medical speciality in Geriatry and as in My Medical Life video, there was going to be a tribute also to Geriatry. 
The title of this video translated is Circle of Life. How short and how beautiful can be life!

Комментарий автора: Contempt, rejection, hatred and all negative feelings. Since I was born it is the only thing I have received. I was humiliated and mistreated, as if they wished I didn't exist. Maybe it's for the best though... I won't let myself be beaten, I won't give up. I will fight and continue forward, even if fate opposes it, I will cut it and break this curse that imprisons me. It doesn't matter if my family hates me, I have made allies, friends, brothers. Together with them I will reach the top and everyone will see that I am Ikki, the worst one who came to victory.

I like to make stories, Up with the birds, it is about two girls who are co-dependent, who at the last moment discover their true feelings.
Technically it is a simple AMV, but, I wanted to put a lot of visual metaphors, such as birds, or flowers.
The AMV has a combination of two frame rates, when it runs at 10fps it is to represent the relationship of the characters, a relationship that is not fluid and that has problems.
