Комментарий автора: This one's definitely different compared to my typical work. I focused on panning and smooth transitions, and in turn did the most masking I've ever done in a single video. It's a bittersweet ending for me considering the masking was all done so as not to be noticed.
I did everything in Premiere and Photoshop.

Комментарий автора: This entire project has been a new experience for me since this was my first crack at doing something with a proper story and concept as well as adding crossover type elements into a video. I've also never entered a contest like akross before so first time for everything I guess!
The general story is Ladd Russo is an insane president who runs a corrupt government and a gang of rebels controlled by Claire rise up to fight him.

I love Claymore and felt really motivated at the beginning but then it was difficult because the animation and the scenes of claymore are really "fast". Everyone grows in different ways throughout the series, but you get to see the POV of each person (and you become attached to them all too ofc ;w;). The action is great, the art is great, the plot keeps you guessing but doesn't go in circles... it's a well-written anime and I really really enjoyed it... and tbh I haven't enjoyed much anime lately. xD SO ALL OF YOU, GO WATCH IT :3

Author's comment: At first it was not a clip meant for Toulouse Game Show but for AkrossCon 2012 and it had to be done in 1 week but due to time and Christmas holidays it was paused until today (1 Year later yes, but I have not opened Sony Vegas all day huh).
What took me so long to finish it was: the music (and lazy so I admit). The last chorus was impossible to do with the scenes I had. So I was looking for remix music and me to have then passed in FL STUDIO 10 to rebalance the sound (since the transition was quite violent).
So in the end this is a small clip that just want entertainment and not a real investment (but I am glad I came anyway, since the time that I want to show you my style in a music video). Anyway I 'm glad to have arrived first, I get somehow my due :P.

Выдержка из комментария автора (перевод): Изначально этот клип предназначался не для Toulouse Game Show, а для AkrossCon 2012, и его надо было сделать за одну неделю, но из-за нехватки времени и рожденственских каникул он был отложен до сегодняшнего дня (да, на 1 год, ха, ну у меня же не постоянно открыт Sony Vegas).
Что меня так сильно задержало, так это музыка (и лень, признаюсь). Последний припев никак не получалось сделать со сценами, имевшимися в наличии. Поэтому я попытался перемиксовать музыку, отбалансировал звук в FL STUDIO 10 (переход был весьма брутальный).
Так что в конце концов это просто маленький клип для развлечения, а не серьёзная инвестиция (но я всё равно рад, что закончил его, так как хочу показать вам свой стиль). Всё равно я рад, что оказался первым, получил мне причитающееся :P.

The theme being different feelings and genres in different part of the music, that's why I used two versions of the same song to add more variation. Комментарий автора (перевод): В этом раунде нам нужно было переделать в собственном стиле клип, который одержал победу в конкурсе VCA или входит в 10% топовых клипов Орга. Я выбрала клип "Clash" (автор KalugaGhosT). Наверное, потому, что я переживала, как бы не взять ту же песню, которую возьмет другой участник, а потому сделала наименее очевидный выбор. Нельзя сказать, чтобы мне очень уж нравился результат, но другим, похоже, нравится. Делать клип было здорово, но больше я за этот исходник не возьмусь. XD;
