BERSERK - Eternal Hiatus

Another Berserk AMV, I must have a problem... The challenge here was to make the sound effects of the Doom game, in this case, the Doom Eternal Trailer 2, match something from the world of Berserk without mixing the audio. At first, I really didn't want to make this, but some scenes start to glue themselves, and the next thing I know I was wasting hours on the project. And yes it has some comedy in it, the small intro was "especially" changed for AMVNews ;D

If you mean sound effects (because sometimes sfx means special effects), I had a version without most of them at first, the second part of the amv had the song "The Only Thing They Fear is You" by Mick Gordon replacing the sound effects, but I felt like I had to make a nod to Doom and had that slight comedy/fun effect to it. Even the end credits they had a red/purple tone gradient in the background and instead of fire embers generated by particular in AE, I had a more blood splat/spill kind of thing. In the end, I felt that I had to make a more direct reference to Doom and a straight mix between the two. Decisions, decisions...
The ideal would be to have a great animation for the Berserker Armor, and him putting the armor and slashing apostles/demons. But there is no such thing as good animation in the 2016/2017 series ^^'
