41 contest participants whose videos are nominated in at least one category and 24 members of specially selected jury are eligible for voting in the finals. Voting in second round is obligatory for contestants. If a contestant fails to vote in the category where his/her video is nominated, then the total amount of points that this video gets shall be decreased by a maximum number of points possible for this category. It can affect final rating substantially. You must fill in all slots when filling in the voting form. Voting deadline is June 11th, 20.00 Moscow time (UTC+4)

To pass to the finals a video should have gathered no less than 7 votes. Details about second tour voting will be availabale soon. Author's comment: So I love this song and I have been wanting ti edit it for years. After watching and reading Clear Card it became clear that this had to be done to the new arc. The Nadeshiko reveal in the manga sealed the deal, though it was done differently in the anime, it still worked out. I might regret not waiting for the final two episodes but oh well! I will make ccs amvs to come XD

I have some issues with importing videos into Ae for some reasons , will try to fix them first before going for something big, anyway , until next time .
