At the Geek convention "CON.Version" The AMV competition has been running since its inception in 2011.

This is a great opportunity to show your skills to both novice authors and those who already have experience.

Your work will be shown on a large LED screen in a hall with 750 seats.

32 contest participants and 9 members of specially selected jury are eligible for voting in the finals. Voting in second round is obligatory for contestants. If a contestant fails to vote in the category where his/her video is nominated, then the total amount of points that this video gets shall be decreased by a maximum number of points possible for this category. It can affect final rating substantially. You must fill in all slots when filling in the voting form. Voting deadline is June 2nd, 15.00 Moscow time (UTC+3)

Big Contest 2024 first round voting is over. 27 persons took part in the voting, 29 videos passed to the second round in main nomination. To pass to the finals a video should have gathered no less than 5 votes. Details about second tour voting will be available soon. We begin first round voting of AMVNews: Big Contest 2024. 54 videos took part in the contest. 6 contest videos rated lower than 2.74 points were excluded from voting. All 32 contest participants whose AMVs are eligible for the first round can take part in the voting now, as well as 9 jury members. Voting in first round is totally voluntary.
There are 14 contest nominations to vote in. Some of those include all videos, others include only the videos which match the nomination thematically. Finalists in each nomination will be chosen during first round voting. First round voting ends May 31nd, 15-00 Moscow time (UTC+3). Link for voting form can be found in "Authorization" block, right upper corner of the webpage. You can fill in the form, add and change anything as much as you want till the end of voting period. Contest participants and co-authors do not see their own videos in the list and can't vote for them.

The moment I found this song I felt like my mind was free of all stress , something rare at this pont of my life.
I just closed my eyes and enjoyed the moment.
This is not an AMV loaded with effects, nor is it the best video I have ever made, but it is a very special one... enjoy.

We announce that it is now possible to send videos after the deadline before the end of the demonstration phase, but with the following conditions:

1) They will not be eligible for prizes.

2) Will be published with other competition clips on the same day.

Video that have not passed technical check within 2 days after the deadline will also fall under these conditions.

I made this video as my own little tribute to the game to celebrate the one year anniversary of the global launch.
I wanted to capture a certain essence and atmosphere I saw from it throughout my time playing it, based on a mix of the flashy and emotional moments throughout the gameplay and story/trailers.
This video was also heavily inspired by Shades Of by Leberate
