One of my older videos. As I've always loved Oren Lavie's 'Her Morning Elegance' I wanted to edit something with it. Even though I didn't watch Denpa, I thought the main character was cute enough to fit here. Actually, that was the first time I've ever used VDub for cutting scenes instead of converting everything to wmv^^. That gives you an image of how nooby it was.

The story that the AMV tells it's about Kyon, a normal school student. He feels an odd presence (that would be Misaki) that grows more frecuent, to the point he meets her. Misaki takes the rol of ghost, so to speak. He is surprised because he recognizes her, then he tries to scape, although that's useless. The title "End of the road" makes reference to Kyon's life end.

Короче мы с товарищем готовились к S.O.S.у, пиво, рыбка, девочки, анимка бар, ну и решили мв запилить, перед этим точнув Ван Пис по бырцу, прихожу я к собрату своему и говорю переежай ко мне мв пилить, а он такой ок, и в итоге все ровно за последние трое суток без сна напилили.

Как кто-то наверняка уже мог догадаться по названию, это ремастер "Her Pain". Помнится, первую версию я делал исключительно "для души", однако она получила неожиданно положительные отзывы, после чего я решил, что как минимум подтянуть синхру и заменить неудачные кадры просто необходимо.

Для участия в пятом раунде конкурса Project Org Editor (задача участников - спародировать клип-победитель VCA или JСА-2012) Shin сделал продолжение своего же клипа Fate Matrix. Теперь исправлением судеб занимается не одна героиня, а целая команда во главе с координатором. Author предупреждает, что клип стоит воспринимать как бета-версию, которая будет доработана при возможности, поскольку многие задумки (в частности - идею показать больше взаимодействия между героями) из-за ограничений по времени реализовать не удалось.

This is my first AMV I spend more than a couple hours edit time. I got the idea while listening to the song by Cosmic Gate. The main idea was to get some space footage with crazy tracking shots combined with Sankarea and Tasogare Otome x Amnesia which fit perfectly in the concept in my opinion. The second idea was to construct a feeling of a spell, so I started to experiment with colors and masks. The third concept idea was to create a feeling of interacting with the audience, so I tried to take szenes where the protagonist looks right to the audience. I divided the AMV in a part with cold colors and a part with warm colors. After cleaning up my footage (there were many credit scenes, which I covered with masks or fx tricks) I decided to remove some lyric text, which I integrated before, because some beta testers said, it would look better without it.
