I carried the idea and finished script in my mind for some months but was hesitating to start working on it because I wasn’t sure if I could execute it as I visioned it.
I enjoy telling or re-telling stories through songs by using lyrics, also editing on melody or beat especially when it’s action scenes with much dynamic. Doing the same thing with slow or calm moments I personally find quite challenging though when it's regarding to create a fluent and smooth flow, which was my biggest worry here.
In the end I was relieved to see that it worked out pretty much as I imagined it. Some parts turned out better than expected even so I’m personally satisfied with the result.
Also getting creative with the poster was really fun as well. I mixed some elements and moments from the video together to give the project a short movie vibe overall.
