After so many years of editing, it's probably the first time that I edited exclusively for myself — no collab, no MEP, no commission — and I've gotta say, it feels intimidating. I wanted to pay tribute to an anime that I'm very attached to while pouring out the things that I like, even for a short amount of time. The more I learn about Sonny Boy, the more I come to appreciate it — and considering how multi-layered the writing is, I wanted to give my own interpretation of the show, and especially the relationship between the two main characters, within the vastness of its worldbuilding.
