После рендеринга в премьере падает качество исходника, можно ли как-то это исправить?

Можно. Только править тут нечего, надо просто правильные параметры рендера указать. Например попробуй рендерить в uncompressed (none).

Поэтому оно и называется непожатым ) Зато теперь ограниченя по качеству кодирования зависят от твоих умений кодировать, а не от того, что пытаешься перекодировать уже кодированное. (простите за тафтологию ^^)
