Делаешь внешние сабы к видео. srt обычным блокнотом или ass, если позаморачиваться с прогами (Aegisub, например). Качаешь mkvmerge GUI. Кидаешь туда видео и сабы. Нажимаешь start muxing. Получаешь один файл (mkv) без пережатия видео с субтитрами.

Внешние субтитры отдельным файликом можно к любому формату приложить. А вот вместе в другом формате не знаю, не интересовался подобным вопросом.

Просто хотелось бы амв вконтакт залить а туда можно загрузить только форматы AVI, MP4, 3GP, MPEG, MOV, MP3, FLV или WMV...вставлял сабы другой прогой она из качества 720 в 360 делает...
П.С. с мкв работает,спс.
