Ohh I have never watched that amv is really nice but stills being the same thing, there is a girl running and just because of this, it's a plagiarism? Btw in the description of the vid, he says:

Okey... here I go:
For the people that is saying things like "is your best amv, I saw better ones" is like if you say that messi is better than Neuer...
What I want to say is that this amv isn't the tipical amv, in my opinion because I have never watched an amv like this one, where the author is not trying to make only a girl walking... thats for the people that only is interesting in effects and doesn't like amvs with story, he is trying to make something diferent like a new feeling for the receiver.

Maybe there are some points where could be with better sync... But I still thinking that in this way, it's cool, is a good work, very relaxed and I'm sure that you enjoy it every time you watch it. Because finally, thats the most important thing in amvs ^^
