You should work harder on improving instead of caring what people think! Popular editors are popular for a reason, they have proven them selves and they would not make something like this video. You should work on trying to get higher quality scenes and practice your scene selection alongside sync. Editing takes time, and i'm guessing you are fairly new. You have a long way to go.
