Ok, you're right, but that's a thing apart and I don't think it can affect in the judgment of the video itself.
Even if this was already a music clip doesn't mean that Vares hasn't worked hard on his Amv. This is a case a little different, but, for example, a lot of people has edited with music/clip like "Amazing nuts!" and there weren't problems for anyone. You talk about respect for the author of the original animation, but you haven't respect for Vares and his work.

I don't understand why all people are insulting this video saying that he has just changed the original song when this video is clearly a great job, just look at the fact that there is the written "Music color" in many parts in the Amv and a lot of other little things scattered here and there.
So, pay attention and re-watch it.
