I got main point of the plot, in spite of the fact that I haven't watched the source. Or rather I think I got it... Yep, the storyline could be more apprehensible, I guess. Generally, It's a well done work, can't see any others flaws. Maybe if it were longer you could bring some more details to the plot, I dunno.
Now I'm quite interested to watch the source thanks to your clip.

Video and song are in excellent harmony. You've got good sense of music. However, there are some cons which guys below have pointed out, I don't want to tautologize it.

It feels somehow more serious because of removing Yoko XD
Not bad action amv. At some fragments the pace was a bit speedy for me though.

The plot is way too vague. For mere example, I barely noticed the letter on 0:49 though it's an important part of the story. There's a lot more of other uncertainties and jerky moments. Putting that aside, the work is cool.

Well, I wouldn't say that the song doesn't match at all but yes, maybe it's not the best choice. Probably, it's just the matter of taste. At any rate, it creates some unique atmosphere.
Darkness (shadow) effect goes very nicely here, btw.

I didn't understand what exactly happened in the ending. Did he just play the piano recollecting the memories till he lost his consciousness ?

Few words about the ending.
2:50-2:53 - With a wound in his back he was lying on the ground. Considering the expression upon his face it wasn't the pleasant feeling for sure.
2:58 - He's completely alright and even capable of smiling.
The amv has a lot of such vague moments.

Well, as an action clip it's not that bad. The song is really good.

I should admit the song fits pretty well the video. Generally, it's a beautiful work, I liked it.

I think I've understood the gist, but still I found it difficult to understand the plot after 0:58. So, the robot had seen the lights and someone out there, hence he decided to build a machine to search the person which responded him. He flew away for miles and miles "in another world" till he reached his destination. Am I correct? What's next? He continued his searching on the planet(world) he arrived, dreaming about seeing her(1:10-1:16). Shortly, he noticed the place where she was airily sleeping on the snow(?) a while ago(1:35). On 1:43-1:59 light particles descent downward(btw, that inscription "follow the lights" was quite abrupt), which probably indicated that she had already left this planet (or rather the world). The robot therefore had to leave too. 2:09-2:11, 2:19-2:22 - some rare moments of her travelling or what? By travelling another worlds (planets) he eventually found her.

It suffers only from one shortcoming - the rate of the scenes' changings is a bit more fast than it should be.

Even so, it's an amazing work.

Once I have googled the song name I knew I shouldn't expect something worth. Yep, unluckily I was right.

Story seems to be rough enough.

It's weird and even disgusting at some points.
Yet, I should admit it was fun to watch, especially ending. It made me smiling as if I'm an idiot.
