Exam section is used for two purposes:
1) To publish videos of AMV News users for other users and creators to estimate and critisize.
2) To publish other videos which in administrator's opinion are not suitable for the main page for some reason.
For 48 hours after publication all registered users can decide whether they want this video to be published on the main page. If the number of "YES" votes exceeds the number of "NO" votes significantly, the video shall be moved to the main database and a relevant announcement should be published on the main page. As a result more people from all over the world can watch this video.
