1st round of voting for Level Up 2016 contest is over. 31 jury members took part in the voting. 11 videos passed to the finals in the main nomination. No less than 8 jury members should have voted for the video to make it eligible for the finals in the main nomination. Let us remind you that if Pro fails to vote in the nomination where his or her Novice video belongs to, that video will get the penalty (equals to the maximum possible number of points for the nomination). It is not critical, but may affect placement in case of a tie. The second round of voting is already open and will end on Wednesday, August 31 at 20:00 Moscow time. По идеи если предыдущих клипов нет в базе ньюса или ютуба, автор не может участвовать в этой номинации.
