First of all, I want to draw your attention to the work that matches the source code:

I didn't watch your entire video, however:
- an obvious very bold minus - "empty lipsink" (your characters often move their lips)
- there is a synchronization. Although it is rather "floating" (mostly noticeable unnecessary acceleration and deceleration of the video sequence)
- you clearly tried to build some composition (plot)
- unfortunately, when viewing your clip, I was completely not hooked as a viewer.
