Life | Passion | Ideas is an AMV I made with the intention of expressing my personal interpretation of the song as well as to share with the world what I visualize when I close my eyes.

I also wanted to choose all of these scenes in order for the viewers to freely interpret the video in their own way and not focus on an objective and narrow-minded perspective. The video was made in order for people to immerse themselves, triggering determined feelings, different from each individual.

The definition of speed, ideas, rhythm and my own personal thoughts came along the way in the making of the video. While I was progressing, it became a continuous source of inspiration.

This is a video for getting the energy for reaching our own objectives, also to keep away whatever we can't follow and accept it. There is moments in our life that we're waiting for something, and we forget ourselves, that's why we can't enjoy moments that seems some fast when the future comes, but it's worth moving forward.

Комментарий автора: Ta-da~! This is my new finished project, everyone! It was actually a spur-of-the-moment attempt to try something new after receiving some instruction from BioticAMVs (she's a sweetheart!!) about compositing modes and parent-child tracks in Sony Vegas. Basically, I wanted to try some new effects and I had been thinking about working with this song for over a year. And thus, Thállein was born. This was meant to carry a theme of love -- something like what it feels to be in love, and to fall into love. The fear, the exhilaration, the confusion, the raw experience. Young love. Pure love. The very early love of teenagers and hopeless romantics.
Thállein made its debut at Anime Weekend Atlanta during the Professional Awards competition, meaning that my editor peers voted for its based upon not who edited it, but upon its merit as a video. Taking two awards home from this contest is a huge honor, and I want to say thank you to each and every peer that voted. That means so much to me, to know that my skill has come this far QwQ.
Also, small trivia, "Thállein" is the ancient Greek term meaning "to flourish," or to grow and be fruitful. This is also the name for the muse of comedy and idyllic poetry :)

Короткометражка Keep Drawing от независимой корейской анимационной студии Shelter Studio посвящена, как и следует из названия, рисованию - вдохновению, творческим порывам, взлетам и падениям. Для создания видеоряда были ротоскопированы движения живых актеров, при этом каждый кадр представляет собой уникальную картинку с новым персонажем. Хотя продолжительность работы всего-то чуть более минуты, покадрово ее можно рассматривать куда дольше.

So i came up with this idea in my village and finished it here (Athens) cause I couldn't download the right anime there :p First I thought the tittle and I found the song by searching it, I was kinda lucky and found a song I liked and I started editing immidiately. I finished this in about a week not working as hard for it as you can see :p I believe some scenes are slower that they should be, but I prefer them to be slow that to ruin the story. I think that's all, I hope you like it!!

I've wanted to do a video like this with this song for the past 2 years but hadn't got to it... However, when I saw this contest had its own "retro" category, I was like "mate, no one makes a retro AMV better than myself" and so I staright away got this song and started. But also, in my head, the plan of this AMV (over the past 2 years) was much better. This isn't as good as I wanted it to be, because I rushed it and done it in 2 days, because I had only found out about this contest 2 days before the original deadline. Either way, I still kinda like it.

This is 60 fps anime where every new frame is a new "drawing", this was achieved with frame interpolation using the Twixtor Plugin for After Effects CS6 after removing the repeated frames manually. Figment means "something that someone believes to be real but that exists only in their imagination." The reason I used it as the title for the video is because the video is in part about chaos and the inability to manage what's currently going on, so in a way it is the process of trying to fix the chaos of a distorted reality that's currently going on in the brain.

I know you guys love long and nice descriptions so how it started its been like ages since i did anything so i was like you know why not to try and do something and then R3act team was hosting an ic so i was why not? so after checking the song pack i liked about two songs and one of them was great to do like a army theme edit or more like police type with terorrists and things around it. maybe someday ill do it and not for an ic but since i cant edit anymore with a serious theme i decided to go with what you see here and submit it to the Psychedelic/Horror Category cuz why not also the song was from that category so i wanted to keep it straight. Small Things Count : MLG, Iluminati, Kamina, Pedo Bear. So Just Do It!

This AMV was made in 72 hours and participated in the Imagination Overflow Team IC. Thanks to Redrum for his tips, without his help I couldn't have made this project. I always like to make something different and testing genres that are out of my comfort zone in the IC contest. It's the first time that I try a psychedelic AMV but I would want to do it. I think that is very important making a good atmosphere, that's why I focused on it, but I'd have wanted to make it better because I can improve it, but I had no time. The first day I searched scenes and I cutted it. The second day I added the scenes to the timeline and made the video and outro. The last day I changed some clips and I added correction color, effects and basic camera moves. I really learned a lot in theses 72 hours and I'm quite happy. That's all, I hope you enjoy it!
