I wanted this video to somehow portray the importance of childhood heroes. Oddly enough, Usagi was never a childhood hero of mine – but she became one to me during adulthood. The whole “power of love” thing is cliche and overdone, but I think people brush off how powerful those messages are just because you see it a lot. Sailor Moon wouldn’t be sailor moon if it wasn’t for those cheesy messages about how true love overcomes all, but even as someone who is almost 24 I still think those messages are pretty damn important.

I started this project with one idea on my mind. I wanted to make a MMV like I've never seen before, following one rule - no image shall be left static. Original plan was to focus just on animation, camera movement and mood of the song. However, along the way, I started following the story of manga. If you are not familiar with Pandora Hearts you might find this video meaningless. Unfortunately video length was limited by length of song, but even though it's short compared to other AMVs and MMVs, I put a lot of effort in it and I am fully satisfied with outcome. I hope you can enjoy watching it as much as I enjoyed making it!

Сделал клип и в этот же день узнал, что проводится этот конкурс вот и решил попробовать. Ну, а что касается сюжета то оно про воспоминания, говорят перед смертью у человека пролетает вся жизнь перед глазами. И в этом клипе я попытался изобразить как это выглядит. Надеюсь вам понравится!

Сделал работу недели за 2, в целом я все-таки доволен результатом (все же я делал ее не на конкурс, а просто так), надеюсь и вам понравится результат того, что получилось в целом. The video follows mostly the time and progression of the narritive from the original Source. I just give it my touch so that my idea would go through. The basic idea is the same from my original video back in 2009 (I think), only this time the light is weak and fades at the end. It is kinda the opposite of my other one I wanted the complement the both types of light. I hope you enjoy this amv overall, I mainly focused on the mood and athmosphere that both the anime and the song can bring together. Thank you.

Сколько уж увлекаюсь клиподелом, а к работе над более сложными технически проектами подойти никак не удосуживается. I started this project out of curiosity and as a little challenge to see how far I can go with it, but didn't really believe I would be able to finish it.

Now I'm not quite sure what happened in the time between, but apparently I somehow managed to go all the way in the end. The funny thing is, I'm fully aware of all the weak spots, but in this case it's in fact easier said than done. So before I end up in the nuthouse for something like this, I rather keep those little flaws.
