JazzsVids: Wow, so this AMV took a lot of time for us to make. >_< I don't know if there is an easier way to make something like this, but we masked the whole thing LOL every scene. I'm really happy that Kazu agreed to work with me on this project. Especially since I know most people would not be as willing to do so much work and masking on an AMV. We must be crazy or something lol XD Anyway, I'm really happy with the way it came out.

DamnKazu: First of all, thank you to Jazzy who accepted me as her collaboration partner for, especially, this contest. It was a big challenge for me to work on something I have never done. It was quite fun though. Sadly, my parts aren't as perfect as my collab parner's, and they could have been done better, but still, at least I got some more experience with different styles of editing & learned some great things while editing to it.

This song has been stuck in my head for probably the most longest time... Finally got a idea worth for the use of this song and here it is

Concept: The Concept basically parodies the story as told in the video in a unique way. I wanted to kind of have the feel that all anime characters exist in a sort of a Russian perspective. Hence I used well over 250 photos of Russian Landscapes, buildings and landmarks with a large array of anime characters posing in front of. Since the song is from the 70s, I also kind of wanted to give it that retro feel and hence the use of the “Viewmaster” dices (who those who actually know what a Viewmaster was!

Upon watching Fullmetal Alchemist, the story seemed to have that Euro Asian look and thus I used it as the background from the story. The shoe in character to parody and twist the meaning of the story as told in the song was no other than Louis Armstrong as he fits the role perfectly. Other characters inlcude the “queen” as taken from Code Guess.

I wanted to showcase the actual singers and characters from both Azumanga Dio and Haruhi Suzumiya fit well.

Here we go guys. I didn't published nothing for a while, i got somekind of problems everywhere. Finding inspiration from David Guetta's new album, I wanted to create an amv. In this video, I wanted the viewer to feel a energies' stimulus in the succession of scenes. Personally, the song has not given me to build a real storyline. part of the story is based on the escapades of Araragi, nothing more, even though he is engaged to senjougahara. Hope you'll enjoy it.

I started to edit Friday 4th at 20h00 and i finish Saturday 5th at 23h00 beacause i believe the deadline is Saturday, but the deadline was the 7th xD So i passed one night to edit this vid.

Shin: I'm more of hands off kind of teacher, so I dunno how useful I ended up being. We had a larger project planned at first, but we realized it would take too long to make the deadline, so we ended up shifting gears and went with a simpler dance style video.

GuntherAMVs: So, Shin and I started discussing Level Up back before Akross was even over, and we bounced ideas back and forth while working on Fate Matrix. We ended up with a really challenging concept I was excited about, but technical issues and time limits made it impossible. So we changed gears.

We decided to go for a dance-upbeat video, and I wanted to focus mostly on my transitions and timing, since those are Shin's strong suits. I also ended up learning alot about the technical side of editing as well. AMVsimple, MeGUI, and ZarxGUI among others were all new to me, but Shin walked me through them. Also, a big shoutout to JazzVids and Gotegenks for giving me advice on add layers and deinterlacing. Another shoutout to Pochomaluv and IleiaAMVs for being such good cheerleaders when I got down on myself.

My pro of course also gets my shoutout! He's been giving me pointers since the moment we met, I think xD. He's never refused a question, no matter how frequent or annoying. And when I forced him to watch beta after beta, he hardly complained. I'm sure this isn't the end of all the things I'll learn from him.

So, after a few months of work, I give you DISCO 4.0.

Решил внезапно поучаствовать в Iron Chief VIII, но чтобы Challenge был ещё выше поставил себе установку сделать клип не за 3 дня, а всего за один и в необычном для себя жанре Dance. Не знаю как у других конкурсантов (их клипы я еще не успел посмотреть), но своим клипом я доволен.
PS: Отдельное спасибо Sintara и ```5c0rp10n-_^ за то что взяли к себе в команду.
