Комментарий автора: I chose to work with the Padilion Remix of Just Hold On for Hidden Palace but I also really wanted to do something with the Identity Sequence version. I thought of making something quick by re-using my Hidden Palace footage, but I ended up making something completely new that became my most complex project.
100% MMD footage, should I still call it AMV? It required a lot of work to blend all 26 videos together since they each are using different filters and lights not to mention various resolutions and framerates I had to work with. Lip-sync with 3D camera motion was a challenge but keeping Miku quiet for some shots was even harder. I’ll post a making of video in a few days.

Комментарий автора: I have always wanted to make a good Air gear video, but my level as an editor is not helping me with my goal, and that is why I tried to push my limits in this project. I just hope that I made something enjoyable, and that will make people want to watch Air Gear :) Since I gave everything I had in this project, any criticism will be much appreciated!

Noor (Novice) (Previous works / Предыдущие работы): I was hoping to create a new fresh idea for this contest and have a pro that will make me feel like I actually leveled up or did something more unusual compared to my older projects. And I truly think that I accomplished this goal thanks to my pro who helped me bring out the best I could in editing. I had a lot of fun editing this project since I used one of my favorite footage and song together. I found it really entertaining to create new effects, showing my pro every second I edited and bringing out a story for the viewers to understand. I hope it reaches them. This is my first time entering a contest ever. and I don't regret it at all.

Raitei (Pro): WOW FINALLY ONE OF MY NOVICE ACTUALLY IS RELEASING SOMETHING ! THE CURSE IS BROKEN ! Lel.

It was a pleasure editing with Noor those past months. She asked me a ton of questions, but hey every question are worth to ask even dumb ones. She wanted a cool-fresh-noheavymaskinginvolve-AMV with her favorite footage, so we did it ! As I am doing a lot of Motion-design stuff, I wanted her to include it in her video. And damn, it worked ! I love the final product, it's fresh, original and cool.

Alkatraz (Pro): Быть новайсом хорошо - можно начинать суетиться только за три недели до дедлайна, можно кидать полусырые куски исходника на таймлайн и не беспокоиться ни о чем - все-равно про все сделает правильно, можно даже его не слушать - пусть бубнит себе чего то в скайпике про динамику, подбор сцен и неведомую концепцию с сюжетом. Ну его. Лучше кинуть еще пару левых сцен на таймлайн и подвигать их туда-сюда. Ведь про - не человек и ему предстоит бессонная ночь.

Sleep walker или же просто Анютка, очень талатливый автор, я это заметил еще до ЛА, поэтому и взял ее под свое крыло, все таки милая и красивая девица, как такое упустишь. А еще автор открыла для себя новые возможности, задействовать свои навыки рисования в клипе, молодец. Приятного просмотра.

Sleep Walker (Novice): Хотелось показать Юно с другой стороны, по-новому взглянуть на этого яркого персонажа. Надеюсь, у меня это получилось. Большое спасибо моему pro, что помогал мне и объяснял, что и как надо делать. Это мой первый кроссовер. Надо было когда-то начать, почему бы и не на левел ап. )

Shinteki (novice) (Previous works / Предыдущие работы): This whole video was a new experience for me, since this was the first time that i made amv that isn't completely random. Irriadin really was the perfect pro i needed to do something like this and has really been a huge help. This whole video wasn't really in my comfort zone and i decided to experiment with a lot of different things and also learned a lot of new stuff thanks to him. There's a lot of stuff that could've been better but i'm happy with the outcome!

irriadin (pro): Shinteki contacted me about seven months before Level-Up started to ask if I would be interested in being his pro. I was impressed by how far in advance he was thinking, and after finishing this video, I have to say that his work ethic is fantastic. Together we picked a dynamic song and created a story to focus almost entirely on Kiritsugu, even though this was very difficult due to limited source footage at times. There's more that could have been done in the video, but I'm satisfied with the AMV he created. In the end, I'm proud of Shinteki's accomplishments and have no doubt that he's going to go on to make great works in the future.

В целом получилось нормально, к сожалению некоторые моменты мы не смогли воплотить в вклип, поэтому пришлось как то выкручиваться, меняя сюжет шаг за шагом... Не просто было, однако. Рад что познакомился с таким автором как Caps Lock и, что он согласился біть моим учеником, за что я ему благодарен. Меньше слов! Приятного просмотра, надеюсь вам придет по душе.

Caps Lock (Novice) (Previous works / Предыдущие работы): Пожалуй, одна из лучших моих работ которые я делал. Стори клипа было придумано фактически сразу. И из за некоторых трудностей пришлось опустить пару моментов. По-сути я и не надеялся попасть в новайсы к такому знаменитому автору, но он оказался довольно таки отзывчивым и благоприятным человеком. Работа над клипом начиналась легко, но заканчивалась довольно таки сложно. Ну и раз такое дело, я попробовал прыгнуть выше головы, вот что из этого вышло. Приятного просмотра. :)

Eazy (Novice) (Previous works / Предыдущие работы): Level Up was a great expierence for me and I am glad that I gave it a shot. Centurione is a very kind and patient person, who gave me lots of great advices and I feel like I've learnt a lot, especially about the basics. I am glad that I managed to finish my Video in time, even tough my time management was horrible.

Centurione (Pro): With this video I was trying to give some advices to Eazy about, how he mentioned himself, the basics in editing AMVs which later allow you to do whatever you want if you manage them well, with keeping up the flow, changing the pace throught a video etc. I'm also glad he wanted to make a Sentimental video rather than an actiony one, cause it's easier to notice all these things and what's more important: all details don't get pushed away by lots of movement in the scene. I hope I managed to give him some basics to go on with some fancy editing of his own liking ;)

Nurikokourin (Novice): Решившись участвовать в ЛА, я уже знала, кого хочу видеть своими Pro и была очень рада, когда девочки согласились. Просто поражаюсь, как им хватило терпения не пристрелить меня еще в самом начале. Огромное спасибо Гале и Китти за то, что помогли воплотить идею в жизнь.
О самом клипе. В качестве «рассказов» сия многострадального писателя использованы произведения "Маска Красной смерти", "Падение дома Ашеров", "Ворон" и "Страна снов". А все потому, что кто-то «слегка» перезадротствовал с Эдгаром По.

Galia and Kitty (Pro): Хочется похвалить Nurikokourin за необычную идею, за то, что прислушивалась ко всем советам и все-таки довела проект до конца. В процессе Nurikokourin не просто исправляла спорные моменты, но и активно участвовала в обсуждении, что и как сделать лучше. Надеемся, клип найдет своего зрителя =)

nezumichan (Novice) (Previous works / Предыдущие работы): I am very grateful to Centurione for accepting me as her Novice. She helped me notice things to which I didn't pay attention before, thus refining my eye for detail and my sense for enhacing the flow and atmosphere throughout the video. This whole experience, although somewhat exhausting, was extremely fun and I hope you enjoy the result of it.
Whenever I listened to "Eva" (before deciding to do this AMV), I would picture sweet little Mirai. I think it suits her very well - a small, kind girl rejected by the world. However, rather than her fragility, I focused on the courage and drive to protect the one she loves. By finding and fighting for each other, they both go through this process of blooming, surpassing their shortcomings - it's an unfolding, a bursting forth, an efflorescence.

Centurione (Pro): I'm glad I got to work with nezumichan, she was a splendid Novice and I wish I was as spelndid as a Pro. I didn't spend as much time as I wished with her, but if I managed to help her imrove, even if just a bit, I'm all happy and yays and flowers ;) To be honest, I was a bit sceptical about the song choice at the beginning, but it turned out much better than I've ever imagined as a combo with KnK. Go and enjoy ;)

Since i'm a huge fan of gintama I decided to make my project about Gintoki and Hijikata. How at first they seem different like black and white but in reality they are really similar with similar pasts. Hope you enjoy! PS/ Special thanks to Kyoos for the poster!

Echotrooper (Pro): Hey! This my second novice and I have to say that it was really nice to work with him on this project. He was really serious and tried to improve all the flaws of his amv even if sometimes it was difficult or boring and my explanations weren't always very clear I guess because of the barrier of the language. I would prefer to be less busy to help him a lot more and improve some sequences but I couldn't. Anyway the result is nice in my opinion even if is not orginal, and I think he learnt and understood few new things.

As soon as I heard of this anime, I knew that I wanted to edit with it. I am a violinist, and the concept of this video connected with me on a personal level. I have to admit that working with an ongoing anime series was incredibly difficult, as I didn’t have the complete series to use, but I feel I was able to put together an impactful video with Mycathatesyou’s help.
