Выдержка из комментария автора: I discovered Deus Ex HR last year and have been thinking about doing a video with it ever since. I had everything prepared, footage, music and finally took the time to edit it last week. The best game I played last year. I’m usually not a big fan of FPS but this one actually has some RPG and TPS features that make it really original and addicting to play. What makes the game so immersive is that for each situation, you always get at least three different ways to progress. I completed the game 3 times trying different routes and making different choices. I think the most fun and challenging is to complete the game without being noticed and without killing anybody.

New video for the French competition organized by Soul's Team. This video is made in 3 days.

The concept of video is "the separation". Despite two people separate from a relationship, exists still a bond and you suffer because this bond is dissolved. The video shows three characters. Araragi Koyomi, the main character who loved Tsubasa Hanekawa, but there was a part in her that he couldn't stand that was bothering him (a part as relationship that you are forced to accept and love) the negative part of Tsubasa Hanekawa. During his reflections, he has understood that leave her it was a mistake. He became overwhelmed from the negative side of the girl. The death of Araragi is just an excuse to represent the pain he experiences during his reflections.

Galia & Kitty (Pro): На наш взгляд, Аоми сделала свою самую интересную во всех отношениях работу: здесь и доступный для понимания сюжет (и это несмотря на жанр и общую специфику подобных клипов, в которых, чаще всего, всё кажется бессвязным и ничего непонятно), и более сложное тех. исполнение, чем раньше. Было очень интересно наблюдать за процессом, в целом и общем подсказывать приходилось лишь по мелочам, Аоми сама по себе молодец =)

TheCacoVenom (Novice) I have always wanted about participating in this contest. I asked my friend Tritio to join me and he acepted. I think that the beggining of the video was the hardest part, but then I realized that my friend wanted me to know and so I changed my style, and I could get out better than I expected in the video.

TritioAFB (Pro) I'm proud of Caco. Working with him was a pleasant experience although we had the problems of difference between the hours we could talk, I was still able to teach him some facts about the edition. Personally I feel he has improved so much after this one

Xheissy (Novice): This video is my first full AMV and it was created especially for Level Up 2013. I wanted to make a typical drama and sentimental video. In the anime *SPOILER* both Nagisa and Ushio die in the end *SPOILER * leaving Tomoya alone, so I decided to make a combined version of them but with a happy ending in which all the characters stay alive. I tried to show as much as possible their struggle with life and all bad things that happened to them and the way they stayed together to overcome it. My main idea was to follow the lyrics of the song in order to get to this “happy ending”. Let’s say I am still at the beginner’s stage ... getting in the world of editing and I am really grateful that I got the chance to learn from AimoAio and work with her.

AimoAio (Pro): xheissy is a very enthusiastic learner, always willing to try her best and listen to feedback. It was a difficult time because both of us were really busy and rarely had the chance to talk to each other but I’m happy she managed to persevere until the end, well done! The video’s idea is relatively simple but takes a different approach to the original anime’s story, although how it is interpreted is entirely up to the viewer. The video is strongly focused on the mood and atmosphere, so I hope the viewer is able to take this into account and imagine/visualize the emotions brought forth not only by the song but by the scenes that convey such emotion too.

Комментарий автора: A Video I wanted to do for a long time. Since my first amv lacked technical knowhow I think I wasn't able to express what the music means to me. Thus I made another Dark Tranquillity AMV, they are the best band out there for sure and maybe I can convince you to get yourself an album too ;P. It's one of their unreleased tracks from the Projector-recordings (only to be found on Exposures), it's a song with to sides and thus the AMV has it's calm moments as well as some nice actionparts. It's nothing like Wardancer or Lonesome Wolf though, I think you'll agree.

Akuzo (Novice): Nothing to say in particular, it's an action AMV on Darker Than Black. Even if it's not perfect, I think I have improved and it's the most important. Thanks to Echo and I hope you'll like it!

Echotrooper (pro): Akuzo was a good novice and he really improved. There are again few mistakes and some things could be cleaner but I'm really proud of his improvement and I'm sure the next one will be better again! My only regret is that I do think he could do better if he didn't have attacked a TGV near his home >.<

Sephi (Novice): It was a really long and tedious work, but it was worth, I'm satisfied with the final result! I want to thank Echo who was a wonderful coach, who achieved to motivate me from the beginning to the end with his precious tips. I'm really happy I could be his novice, It was great!

Eco (Pro): Well, it was a good experience to join the contest with Sephi. She was a really good novice and she did her best to improve. Besides, she is one of my team mates so I'm even happier she improves :P I hope you'll like her AMV ;)

tino4ka (Novice): Во-первых, для меня было удивительно приятным шоком получить согласие на работу со мной Гали и Китти, так как они являются одними из моих любимых авторов (*_*). Под их руководством клип делался с любовью и без напряга =) Объяснялось всё доступно, поэтому особых технических трудностей не возникало. Они действительно ПРО, мастера в своей области: детали не оставались незамечанными, ошибки четко изъяснялись в подробном бета-тесте. К тому же мои Про помогли мне преодолеть страх перед, как мне казалось, недоступным АЕ, к чей помощи мы иногда прибегали. Спасибо им большое-пребольшое за те технические навыки, которыми они поделились со мной!!!
Во-вторых, хочу добавить пару слов об идее клипа. Сформировалась она внезапно, хотя песня давно заинтриговала меня своим содержанием. Благодаря ЛА, замысел и песня слились, создав целостную картину. Сюжет был одобрен Галей и Китти, что придало мне ещё больше желания претворить его в жизнь (^_^).
В-третьих, не могу не отметить, как дороги стали для меня мои Про. Я рада, что мы подружились. Искренне верю, что мы продолжим нашу дружбу =) В общем, спасибо за этот конкурс. Участие в нем доставило мне массу приятных эмоций! И ещё раз спасибо моим бесценным Про, которые помогли мне не только с созданием клипа, но и внесли в мою жизнь много нового и увлекательного (*о*).

Galia & Kitty (Pro): Этот конкурс запомнится нам надолго: сколько позитива доставила совместная работа с Тиночкой, словами не передать, и всё это несмотря на совершенно противоположную тематику клипа =)
Мы были поражены её терпению, трудолюбию и стремлению создать достойную во всех отношениях работу. Многие вещи мы изучали с нуля, как-никак данный клип для неё - первый кроссовер и второй клип с использованием масок вообще.
В начале работы Тина предложила 3-4 идеи, среди которых самой интересной и необычной на наш взгляд была идея клипа на песню "Red Death Ball", однако его описание сопровождалось фразой Тины "я не уверена, что у нас получится". Хо-хо, но ведь нет ничего невозможного, зачем искать лёгких путей? ~ Работа над подобным кроссовером оттачивает навыки, помогает познать новые приёмы, разобраться в тонкостях повествования сюжета, воспитывает усидчивость и терпение. Стоит отметить, результат превзошёл наши ожидания. Мы от всей души желаем Тине продолжать в том же духе, творить и развиваться.
