Выдержка из комментария автора: Well, here it is. My entry for Narcon Sommar. I placed 1st overall and 1st place in Drama/Romance. This video began it's creation period shortly 2 days after I began my original entry for this contest but in the prior entry I realized from my song choice to the way I was editing was purely for contest purposes. So I started this for fun back in May to take my mind off competition. & so this was born and I knew this video had to be the one. After roughly two months of creating and editing this video, 101 beta encodes, the support of my peers this video is here for you to see. Enjoy my story.

Hello!
This is not my first time on amvnews but i have never introduced myself so i will do it here now ^.^ I'm Patryk, from Poland and i'm 16 years old, my favorite categories are drama and romance. I'm really glad i'm joining again this year! Last year, i joined big contest and learned a lot about editing, so thanks! This is a special edit for my mother, who had a hard year and loves watching my AMVs and shows it to family and friends of her >.< (but she never says good stuff about it) ekhm that gives me so much motivation to finish something :D

Story:
Sawako (main character) lost her memories but she doesn't know why. Then she sees a boy. Sawako doesn't know who this boy is but she knows that he is someone important to her. When she tries to talk to him, he ignores her...
But why? What happened? Then she meets a familiar looking person... After a while she understands that it's herself but there is something wrong with her face? Why can't Sawako see it? Is it her imagination? A person happens to grab her hand and then half of her memories are back. She starts understanding why she feels like that person is important for her. It's her boyfriend, the love of her life. But why does he ignore her? What will happen if all her memories back?

One day I decided to make a birthday gift for someone. I started editing as I usually do, cut some scenes, and realized I'm unhappy with how it looks: I want it to look better. But where do I find inspiration for that?
Yes, right here! I told myself, I'll try a bit harder, and submit something for Big Contest for the first time, but also make the person I was making the video for proud! He probably wouldn't like it at all if I didn't tryhard, anyway.
Well then, happy late birthday Arrow, you know this AMV was for you all along! Oh and, thanks for the awesome "positive" reviews that I didn't ask for.

Now a few words about the AMV itself:
The song inspired me immensely when I first heard it. It was on a very nice afternoon, on a nice Dodecanese island - this should be published before the finals of Eurovision, so, you can do it, Equinox!
When i thought about making an AMV with it, this anime just flashed in front of my eyes. Some weeks and too many League games later, here it is!
Embark the journey of our dear Chise as she discovers a world beyond this one, and the love that, LITERALLY, goes beyond the bones. And because I am really bad at making happy endings, so have a sad ending as well. At least there's no major spoiler!

P.S. I like how I thought I might struggle writing 200 characters. As my teammate would say, that would require a lot of anime. Bless all of you that are actually reading this...
Also, I don't mind being called Michael Bay. I really like flares ("You don't say") and next year i'll make sure to bring some explosions to maximize the fun. Whoever got that reference from "Eurotrip", you are awesome!

Комментарий автора: First of all, I want to say that this video has brought upon the world the full force of my infinite wrath, which burns deeper than the tormented hellfires of Mordor. Ookami-san is one of my favorite series ever, but I didn't realize until after I started making this vid for AWA that I had an extreme lack of romance footage. ~_~ Hence all the masking, story rearranging, and use of Toradora footage to make up for it. I ended up with 39 different video tracks in Sony Vegas, which crashed while rendering so many times I can't remember. The original completion for AWA did a number on my carpal tunnel, and after the con I decided to go back and fix a few things that I didn't have time to do initially. There are still some problems, but honestly Vegas can't handle any more masks. :P So I guess I'm stuck where I am. I'm still really proud of this vid, though.

This is the first time I participate in a contest :), I am not a great editor but still I hope you like it. I would like you to give me your opinion so that I can improve.
The AMV tells a tragic love story with an almost happy ending.
