MEP - HEADLINE

Hello everyone! Here is the project HEADLINE that we realized last year. The MEP had so many problems due to personal life stuffs and lots and lots of delays. I'm happy that we could find a way to realize this even if it was hard for some of the members.
I think I speak on behalf of everyone, but I am really happy with the result even though there are always things to improve it.

Everyone has made efforts to make something cool and it is thanks to that that you will have the pleasure to visualize this MEP.

Macross - Do You Remember Love Vs Linkin Park - P5hng Me A*wy [AMV]

This video is essentially a "quickie". It stemmed from an idea I had almost a decade ago when I ran into a music video where the author used this very same Linkin Park song, but he had used a footage from the video game: "Homeworld". I thought there was something very sombre and soothing watching his fleet engage an enemy fleet, something about the way the fighters danced and waltzed in space...yeah; that whole sequence stuck with me.

Eventually I came upon "Macross - Do you remember love" and figured that I could very well use it to make this video. I mean yeah, I let of things slide, but that usually tends to happen when you make a music video from a feature length film. I also thought about getting this project out of the way so I could devote my time to more complex projects, and trust me, those are definitely
on tap. ;]

In the end, I dedicated this video to my buddy, Ken-Chan; he is an avid fan of Linkin Park and since Chester Bennington's passing, I suppose the video also serves, in a way, as a tribute to the late musician. I hope y''all like it though!

Небольшая зарисовочка на Розарию ^^ Хотел сделать на японский трек (опенинг из Тани), но на ютубе за такое страйки кидают, да и заморачиваться со стилистиками не хотел особо, поэтому выбрал простой роцк. На самом деле на этот трек уже пытался пилить в 14-м году на этот же исходник, но не поперло тогда (было 30 сек, кидал еще Мэджику Дарк Лайту бетку, которую потом и посеял куда-то), все перепилил заново, надеюсь, что сойдет как подобие опенинга и профайл Внутренней Моки (наверное, один из самых любимых персонажей за все время, что смотрю аниме, но сам исходник отвратительный, ибо порой в нем даже бой состоит из одного скрина =/ ). В общем, понятно что не самая лучшая работа, т.к. сделана была не за столь долгий период, но надеюсь, что кому-то понравится. Приятного просмотра :)

Thanks to my three amazing partners for this collaboration work, this could not be done without any of each participant's hard work and dedication.
Due to some unforeseen circumstances, we had experienced many setbacks in the process of making and finally this project was completed at the last minute of the contest deadline. We were very surprised at this unexpected good results in the end! The competition is as fierce as of last year. Many of the entries were just breathtaking and I was deeply touched by the passion, creativity and overflowing emotion that were conveyed through all these works. I sincerely hope that TOS Contest will continue to thrive on in future and I hope that I can continue my enthusiasm of MAD/AMV for the years to come.

I started this video in 2017 and finally finished it @_@ I learned a lot and had a lot of fun but it was extremely stressful. Finally got a decent Soul Eater video and its about time XD. I hope you guys like this, I definitely want to work with manga again.
I used Sony Vegas 14 and Photoshop CS2 to make this.

This was my first AMV. I made this about a year ago having just learned how to use Adobe Premeire, so this was a good learning experience for me. The main thing I was trying to accomplish was get a good sync with the audio. I only wish I had used higher quality video files.

My 3rd AMV. This one was very emotionally exhausting to make... but it was worth it. I wanted to make a video that was as tragic as the song, and I think I achieved that. If you get emotional watching this then I was successful. Everything was made using Adobe Premeire Pro.
