This video was created with Ghost in the Shell: Innocence scenes that went through a neural network made by KoKuToru. The entire video has been altered by this neural network, from start to finish. Various other effects in After Effects have been used as well, Twixtor is among them. Both the NN and Twixtor were applied to the entire length of the video.
