This project took me a littmy AMVs. I used live action footage from the music video to the song and well I'm sure not everyone will like that (ele over 5 months to complete. I spent at least a good 160+ hours on it (I used up at least 40-45 of those hours messing with pan/crops).
This is by far the most time consuming and therein rewarding project I've ever attempted and I can finally say that I'm satisfied with one of specially considering the bad quality of the footage). I did it mainly because the song and the music video are both great in that they give off a positive message, it's hard not to smile or feel happy when watching/listening to them. I thought of it as my way of paying tribute to the music video.
I feel that the concept of looking for something beautiful reflects on the reason that many of us watch anime. In a sense, anime is giving us both fuel for thought and subtle glimpses of beauty (both aesthetic and sentimental).
I ran into a few things that were simply out of my control, like the quality of the music video for one. But it's to be expected since the music video was compiled from fan-submitted footage. One thing that particularly stands out is that the entire first part of the amv is in grayscale. This is gonna be one of those hit or miss situations but I felt it was necessary to match my editing with the music video (since most of it is in grayscale). Another thing that will be hit or miss is my use of pan/crops. I feel that I effectively used pan/crops throughout most of the video, but then again that's based on what I was trying to portray. I tried to replicate the "shaky-hand" effect that home footage usually has and I think I got it right at some parts and failed miserably at others.
Note: I used very few anime Op's and Ed's. I tried to be discrete with the ones I did use by selecting clips that are not easily identifiable (but there are exceptions to this of course, like the Air OP)
On a side note, this AMV literally killed my social life and probably took a few months off of my life from all the meals I skipped and the time I spent sitting down lol. But now that I'm finally done with it I can't help but feel that it was all worth it. I think that's all I have to say for now, hope you guys enjoy it!

This amv is special to me because it not only has a feel-good vibe but because it also gives me the rare opportunity to make people smile (cheesy but bare with it). So as long one person out there sees this and lets off a smile or two (real or implied) then it will have all been worth it. Сюжет клипа повествует нам об одной школьнице и ее новом знакомом, у которого имеется очень необычный питомец, но оказывается, что он не единственный обладатель столь оригинальной зверюшки.
Когда начинала делать данное видео, у меня не было каких-либо идей насчет сюжета, поэтому я импровизировала с каждым новым кадром.

Комментарий автора: Nothing much i have to say about this right now. I am overall pleased with the outcome of the final video. This wasn't made to be a spectacular amv or anything like that, it was to challange myself and for once edit something i liked. If you would think i should of done otherwise, i highly suggest you think twice before watching this video. So, this was, afterall, made for a very special person in my life, so please dont go hatin' on the amv -wink-

This was one of those project I just had to complete once the concept came to mind. I felt like this song was perfect for Mr. Satan and the pairing was just too good to ignore. Normally I would not trim a song, but the repetitiveness of the song as well as the lack of good footage for Mr. Satan convinced me that it would be the best choice for this video. I really used this project to learn new effects and really explored a lot of features in After Effects.

Hi! I have been planning for a while to make an AMV to these musics and I found the currently running anime titled Tasogare Otome x Amnesia just suitable for this job. Although only five episodes are out of this anime, I still managed to get a little bit of story out of it. I tried to make a synergy between the atmosphere of the music and the picture but still preserving the clarity of the story.

Ну что ж ещё один мой клип. Здесь я уже использовал несколько исходников. И наверняка думаете здесь будет сюжет. А вот и нет. Как ни крути, а сюжета вы здесь не увидите. Синхронизация и эффекты на мой взгляд нормальные. Но дело не в этом. Всё в выборе песни. Этот Remix я искал очень долго но всё таки нашёл так что наслаждайтесь.
